Abstract
Sensitive detection and efficient removal of an increasing number of persistent and emerging environmental pollutants are major challenges in our industrialized world. Now these challenges can be better answered by utilizing the advantages of nanotechnology in addition to traditional methods. Due to unique features of nanomaterials, such as size, surface area, adsorptivity, photoelectronic, and photocatalytic properties, they have emerged to be important materials in the analytical detection and remediation of environmental pollutants.Mesh:
