Combined heart and liver transplantation in a patient with situs ambiguous.

Abstract

We report the case of 21-year-old man with Fontan circulation failure and end-stage liver cirrhosis, along with situs ambiguous. Combined simultaneous heart and liver transplantation was successfully performed with technical modifications, including rotated implantation and bilateral venous reconstruction. Copyright Â
