Unusual Complication of ACE Inhibitor-Induced Cough.

Abstract

A cough produced by the administration of the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, captopril, resulted in a case of rectus abdominis hematoma. The author discusses the incidence and pathophysiology of ACE inhibitor-induced cough.
