Abstract

The author of this article discusses the development of means to attach biologically acceptable polymers to tooth enamel, as well as the ongoing development of suitable reinforced plastics to provide esthetic improvement of patients' teeth. She describes a variety of esthetic dental problems and discusses their treatment.
