Abstract
Supratentorial ependymomas are more often found in adults than in children and are usually intra-axial. We report an extra-axial supratentorial ependymoma which mimicked the presentation of a parasagittal meningioma. The diagnosis and management of this unusual tumor is detailed.Entities:
