Abstract
Tremors present to the practitioner a problem that can be solved clinically. Attention to the circumstances under which the tremors occur permits their classification as resting, postural, and intentional types. Each type has a specific locus in the nervous system. The cause can be established by a careful history. Many tremors respond to treatment.Entities:
