Inhibition of phosphodiesterase activity of human spermatozoa by spermine.

Abstract

Sperm motility and metabolism are dependent upon the levels of cyclic AMP. Our studies have demonstrated that spermine by inhibiting sperm phosphodiesterase activity could regulate sperm physiology.
