Abstract
The difficult asthmatic patient should first be managed by confirming the diagnosis and eliminating any aggravating environmental or occupational factors, including medication use. Proper treatment requires rational addition of drugs in a logical sequence. It is most important to ensure proper inhaler technique, patient compliance, effective doctor-patient communication, and proper patient monitoring.Entities:
