Abstract
The patient was a 72-year-old male with a 1 year history of low visual acuity in the left eye. He was in use of 0.5% timolol maleate in both eyes due to glaucoma suspicion. Ophthalmoscopic examination of the left eye revealed a double optic disc pit. The hypotensive agent was discontinued and the intraocular pressure remained in the normal range in both eyes. The patient was submitted to an optical coherence tomography, which was correlated with the presented case.Entities:
