Abstract
The elderly face a decrease in physical capacity and an increase in chronic health problems. Exercise increases cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and bone mass. Training programs are feasible and beneficial for the elderly. Regular exercice can lead to longer and healthier life.Entities:
