Abstract
Skiing accidents have major social and economic consequences. Close to 80% of skiers with moderate or more severe injuries claim to have some form of disability. Because of the opportunities for contact with skiers, particularly following injury, family physicians can play an important role in accident prevention.Year: 1992 PMID: 21221378 PMCID: PMC2146090
