Abstract
True euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis is a rare complication of diabetes. We describe a case of diabetic ketoacidosis in a male with type 2 diabetes and Duchenne muscular dystrophy. He presented with normal plasma glucose as a consequence of starvation, reduced muscle mass and increased body fat.Entities:
