Abstract
Recent work shows that the transcriptional coactivator Yorkie, which is negatively regulated by the Hippo tumor suppressor pathway, promotes the transcription of the proto-oncogene Myc and requires Myc function to drive growth. In turn, Myc keeps the concentration of Yorkie in check via negative feedback regulation.Entities:
