Abstract
Herein, we report a case of endogenous endophthalmitis caused by Enterococcus casseliflavus. The organism was sensitive to gentamicin, vancomycin and chloramphenicol and resistant to cefazolin, ofloxacin, gatifloxacin and ciprofloxacin. The patient was successfully treated with vitrectomy and sensitivity-based intravitreal vancomycin.Entities:
