Abstract
The association of polymyositis and cancer was first described in 1916, the most frequent cancers being mammary and gynecological for women, bronchopulmonary for men and digestive for both. This article reports a severe paraneoplastic polymyositis associated with breast cancer. The authors discuss its clinical, pathological and therapeutic particularities.Entities:
