Abstract
Spindle cell lesions within lymph nodes generally raise concern for metastasis. We report the 1st intranodal hybrid schwannoma/perineurioma arising in an inguinal lymph node in a 13-year-old boy. Presentation comprised a painless, slowly enlarging mass in a patient with no clinical features of neurofibromatosis.Entities:
