Abstract
B cells and antibodies are important elements of acquired humoral immunity in the fight against various pathogens, and signals through the B cell receptor (BCR) are crucial for the development, activation and differentiation of B cells. Our laboratory has focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms of BCR-mediated signaling cascades that regulate these processes in B cells. In this review, I will briefly present our studies that have clarified the molecular components of signaling cascades, mainly focusing on data using DT40 B cells and their genetic variants.Mesh:
