Abstract
Knowledge of the anatomy, embryology, and congenital anomalies of the spleen is needed in order to avoid pitfalls in the interpretation of abdominal imaging studies such as CT and sonography. For this reason, this pictorial essay illustrates the anatomy, embryology, and radiologic images of congenital anomalies of the spleen.Entities:
