Abstract
Two patients with long-lasting infertility associated with moderate and severe symptomatic endometriosis were treated with long-term GnRH-agonist suppression of ovarian function. Both patients were relieved of their endometriosis-related abdominal pains during the first treatment month. After an additional treatment period of 3 to 5 months, assisted fertilization was performed, resulting in an ongoing pregnancy for both patients.Entities:
