Abstract
We describe the case of a 3-month-old infant suffering from rapidly progressive orbital capillary hemangioma which we treated with systemic propranolol over a period of 3.5 months. A few weeks after the onset of treatment, the exophthalmus had regressed and after 3 months of treatment the tumor completely vanished. This result is consistent with recent publications and supports the role of propranolol in the treatment of problematic hemangioma.Entities:
