Abstract
We present a case of an expansile diploic lesion involving the parietal bones in a 45-year-old man. Computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and digital subtraction angiography were performed. The imaging findings strongly suggested the diagnosis of a malignant neoplasm. Nonetheless, histology revealed a chronic diploic hematoma.Entities:
