Abstract

An ionic porous coordination polymer possessing partially exposed uncoordinated nitrogens exhibits strong interaction with CO(2) and high CO(2)/CH(4) selectivity, and the adsorption mechanism is illustrated by the structure of its CO(2)-loaded single-crystal.
