Abstract
With the exception of stress incontinence, the most common urologic problems unique to female patients are vesicovaginal fistulas and urethral diverticula. The author describes modifications of a Foley catheter both to facilitate distention of the vagina for vaginoscopy and for urethrography and use of the visual urethrotome for urethroscopy.Entities:
