Abstract
BACKGROUND: Melanoma in situ is a rare malignant lesion of the vulva. The standard treatment is surgical excision. CASE: We describe a case of melanoma in situ of the vulva in a 72-year-old woman that reoccurred after surgical excision and was treated successfully with topical 5% imiquimod.Entities:
