Abstract
A 27-year-old man with anomalous right coronary artery (RCA) presented with ventricular fibrillatory arrest. Computed tomography angiography revealed an anomalous RCA arising from the left sinus of Valsalva with an acute angulation at the coronary takeoff and compressed interarterial segment. This patient underwent a short saphenous vein coronary artery bypass graft to the proximal RCA and recovered uneventfully. A review of the literature and discussion of the surgical management is presented.Entities:
