Abstract
Unilateral, peripapillary, retinal nerve fiber myelination involving the macula, with optic disk hypoplasia, myopia, and amblyopia, is rare. We performed spectral domain optical coherence tomographic findings in 2 patients with this condition. Both patients had normal foveal morphology, reduced retinal thickness in the same distribution as the myelination, and optic nerve hypoplasia.Entities:
