Abstract
Pilonidal disease is common among adolescents and adults, mainly located in the sacral area. Pilonidal disease involving the clitoris is extremely rare and has not been described in premenarcheal girls. We present a case of a recurrent pilonidal periclitoral cyst in an 8-year-old girl which was surgically treated.Entities:
