Abstract
We describe the first known case of hepatoblastoma associated with bilateral autosomal recessive polycystic kidney disease in a preterm twin boy. The diagnostic and therapeutic considerations are addressed. The patient survived after primary hepatectomy operation and administration of modified adjuvant chemotherapy.Entities:
