Abstract
Surgical resection is considered the first-line treatment of intraductal papillary neoplasm of the bile duct (IPNB). Since some patients with IPNB have an unexpectedly superficially-spreading lesion, preoperative cholangioscopic diagnosis is very useful in determining the extent of resection. We report a patient with IPNB in whom preoperative peroral cholangioscopic evaluation was useful.Entities:
