The relationship between isolated teratozoospermia and clinical pregnancy after in vitro fertilization with or without intracytoplasmic sperm injection: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

Abstract

We conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of data from the literature from the years 1986 to 2009 using teratozoospermia and fertilization or IVF or in vitro fertilization as the keywords. A total of 31 studies were identified, and 4 met the inclusion criteria. Isolated teratozoospermia was not associated with a statistically significantly decreased probability of pregnancy with assisted reproduction. Published by Elsevier Inc.
