R I Swift1, M J Hershman, C B Wood.

Abstract

Bilateral rupture of the infrapatellar tendon is extremely rare. When it occurs, it is almost always associated with connective tissue disease. We present a case of bilateral concurrent rupture of the patella tendon in a patient without any apparent systemic disease.
