Abstract
We report the case of a 73-year-old female patient who presented with an asymptomatic tumor of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx as well as bilateral hydromyrinx. MRI scan showed a bilaterally symmetric liquor-intense mass of the skull base, which proved to be a transsphenoidal meningocele. Since the finding was incidental and symptoms were absent, high-risk surgical intervention was not recommended.Entities:
