Abstract
A 48-year-old man presented with recurrent bronchopulmonary infections of many years' standing. The diagnosis of tracheobronchomegaly (Mounier-Kuhn syndrome) was based on CT examination and subsequent bronchoscopy. Since lung transplantation was not considered advisable, a biluminal stent was inserted to prevent bronchial collapse. © Springer-Verlag 2010Entities:
