Abstract
In this article, we described a case of extramedullary hematopoiesis (EMH) in a 12-year-old boy with the clinical and hematological features of hemolytic anemia of unknown cause. The patient presented with a solitary well circumscribed mass in right kidney. Ultrasound guided fine-needle aspiration cytology showed myelocytes, metamyelocytes, megakaryocytes, and immature erythroid cells. A cytological diagnosis of EMH was made.Entities:
