Abstract
A 24-year old female developed late onset solitary mastocytoma on the left forearm. She complained of intense pruritus off and on which was not associated with flushing of face and blister formation over the nodule. Darier's sign was positive. Excisional biopsy was done and histopathology confirmed the diagnosis.Entities:
