Cardiac fibroma in adults.

Abstract

We present the case of a 61-year-old woman with nonspecific symptoms who on investigation and treatment had a fibroma of the right ventricular free wall. She underwent surgical resection of the mass and is doing well. The literature pertaining to cardiac fibromas in adults is reviewed and discussed. Crown
