Abstract
We describe two cases of coccidioidal meningitis (CM) diagnosed using real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis of cerebrospinal fluid. These cases highlight the promise of PCR as a diagnostic method to assist in the rapid diagnosis of CM.Entities:
