Abstract
We report here on a case of recurrent pneumothorax during pregnancy, which was successfully treated with thoracoscopic surgery. This report describes the intraoperative and histopathological findings of diaphragmatic and pulmonary ectopic deciduosis. Our case highlights the need for all surgeons to explore the diaphragm when performing surgery to treat pneumothorax in a woman, even if she is pregnant. © Georg Thieme Verlag KG Stuttgart · New York.Entities:
