A case of type III hyperlipoproteinaemia studied by acrylamide gel gradient electrophoresis.

M Y Chew, J M Gutman, J Green.

Abstract

A case of type III hyperlipoproteinaemia has been investigated before and after treatment, and the unusual serum lipoprotein patterns obtained by molecular exclusion or pore limit electrophoresis on acrylamide gradients have been compared.
