Effect of gonadotropic hormones on the concentration of adenosine 3', 5'-monophosphate in the rat pineal organ.

Abstract

Concentration of adenosine 3',5'-monophosphate (cAMP) was investigated in the male rat pineal organ after a treatment with human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG). HCG significantly decreased cAMP concentration in the pineal organ.
