Abstract
Two cases of necrotizing sclerokeratitis following uncomplicated extracapsular cataract extraction are reported. Enucleation became necessary in the first case despite initially successful immunosuppressive treatment. In the second case, a stable condition was achieved by covering the affected area with a patch of lyophilized dura. Two years later, however, phthisis bulbi developed.Entities:
