Abstract
A 16-year-old female with systemic lupus erythematosus was diagnosed with choledochal cyst. As high-dose steroids had been prescribed for CNS lupus, surgery was performed under steroid cover. Despite postoperative pneumonia and wound infection, she is well 2 years later. There is no similar report in the literature.Entities:
