Abstract
Uterine rupture after myomectomy is rare but serious. It can occur before onset of labor and compromise vital maternofoetal outcome. We report the case of a uterine rupture at 25-week gestation in a 38-year-old primiparous woman after myomectomy and we will present a review of the literature concerning obstetric outcome after myomectomy.Entities:
