[QTc prolongation during treatment with agomelatine].

A 58 years old woman with a depression showed a QTc prolongation during treatment with agomelatine which was fully reversible after stopping administration. QTc prolongation during antidepressant treatment is not unknown especially when tricyclic antidepressants are administered.
