Abstract
Pancreatic pseudocyst is a significant complication of both acute and chronic pancreatitis. Several methods of cyst drainage have been described. Endoscopic cystogastrostomy is a relatively new technique which is illustrated by the following case report, the first in the UK literature.Entities:
