Abstract
A case of schwannoma in a 55-year-old male patient is reviewed. The diagnostic difficulties are pointed out in view of the literature. Currently, it is still difficult to form a diagnosis without operation either by physical examination or by other diagnostic procedures. That is the authors' point in reviewing their case. The castrated patient has been well and free of complaints for 5 years after operation with no recurrence.Entities:
