Abstract

Hailey-Hailey disease (HHD) is a rare, autosomal dominant intraepidermal blistering disorder characterized by recurrent vesicles and erosions affecting mostly the intertriginous areas. We report a case of HHD affecting exclusively the vulva from which an invasive squamous cell carcinoma developed after tacrolimus therapy. Copyright 2010 Mosby, Inc. All rights reserved.
