Abstract
A 10-year-old girl had two localized psoriasiform plaques at birth. Subsequently, she developed generalized, asymptomatic, scaly plaques arranged in linear bands and streaks along the lines of Blaschko. The morphologic and histopathologic features, the clinical course, and HLA (CW6,A2) association were characteristic of psoriasis. Although rare, true linear psoriasis exists.Entities:
