Abstract
Thirteen adult human larynges were studied by indirect lymphangiography to observe laryngeal lymphatic distributions. Results were as follows: (1) The laryngeal lymphatic system was composed of lymph capillaries and larger lymph vessels. (2) Laryngeal lymphatics had common ultrastructural characteristics of lymphatics elsewhere. (3) Based on lymphatic anatomies, the larynx might be divided into four regions: supraglottic, right and left glottic, and subglottic regions. (4) A single layer of lymphatic network in the anterior commissure region had been found.Entities:
