[Nasopharynx as a rare site of the first symptom of Hodgkin's disease].

The authors present the case of a 35 year old woman with the very rare previous symptom of lymphogranulomatosis maligna in the nasopharyngeal area. Also, they present some difficulties occurred in the medical diagnosis as well as in the histopathological recognition.
